Spring Clean

This is one of the most popular services that we offer. 
Deep cleaning of your home is tailored to your own specific needs.
Below is a representative sample Spring Clean.

KITCHEN / UTILITY ROOM
Cleaning in the Kitchen area to include;

· cleaning cupboards (interior and exterior)

· clean/wash woodwork and door frames

· wipe clean tiles (up to 5'6”)

· all work surfaces

· exterior of oven and hob

· interior and exterior of microwave ovens

· exterior of washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer

· clean hard floors

· cleaning inside of the glass windows

· wipe clean ceiling (standard) light fixtures

· dusting of the ceiling area

· inside of fridge if empty and turned off
(please notify at time of quote if interior of oven and fridge cleaning required).

BATHROOMS / WC

· clean sink, shower, bath, bidet
(*Applying of lime scale remover if necessary)

· mirrors

· woodwork

· tiles to be wipe cleaned to maximum height of 5' 6''

· washing enamels and germicidal cleaning to ceramic surfaces of WCs

· sweeping and mopping hard floors/ vacuuming carpet

· dust ceiling area

· cleaning the inside of glass windows ( must be within standard reach levels)

· spot cleaning of washable walls

*Heavy lime scale markings may not be removed by a single application of lime scale remover. However regular use may help in further lime scale removal.
Old grouting on tiles may not clean up well.

LOUNGE

· dust and polish

· clean/wash dirty woodwork and door frames

· vacuum carpets

· sweeping and mopping hard floors

· clean interior glass windows ( must be within standard reach levels)

· dust ceiling area

· wipe clean ceiling fixtures as appropriate (dependant on height limitations and light fitting types)

· clean TV screen (if standard TV screen) and cabinet

· vacuum lounge suite removing cushions if appropriate
(if furniture on castors move and vacuum underneath otherwise dependant on weight of furniture)

BEDROOMS

· dust and polish

· clean/wash dirty woodwork and door frames

· vacuum carpets

· sweeping and mopping hard floors

· clean interior glass windows ( must be within standard reach levels)

· wipe clean ceiling fixtures as appropriate (dependant on height limitations and light fitting types)

· clean TV screens (if standard TV screen)

· vacuum under bed if accessible (heavy beds will not be moved)

· spot clean walls if washable (maximum reach 5' 6'')

HALLWAYS

· dust and polish

· clean/wash dirty woodwork and door frames

· vacuum carpets

· sweeping and mopping hard floors

· spot clean walls if washable (maximum reach 5' 6'')

· wipe clean ceiling fixtures as appropriate (dependant on height limitations and light fitting types)

· clean interior glass windows ( must be within standard reach levels)

STAIRWAYS

· dust and polish

· clean/wash dirty woodwork

· vacuum carpets

· spot clean walls if washable (maximum reach 5' 6'')

· clean interior glass windows ( must be within standard reach levels)

Cracked or broken glass will not be cleaned.
Electrical fittings that are cracked, damaged or generally suspected of being unsafe will not be cleaned.
**Cleaning of ceiling fixtures is dependant on height restrictions.
Cleaning of light fittings not applicable for heights over 8'6”.
